Straight answers.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from the console at any time. The new plan starts right away, and the remaining value of your current plan is credited toward it.
Which plan fits me?
For light use over a year, 1024G gives you 1024 GB for 12 months. For heavier use, 256G and 512G add data every month, with more devices and higher speed limits on 512G. The plan table shows every difference.
What do the speed figures mean?
Each plan lists the highest speed your account can reach: 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps or 2 Gbps. Actual speed also depends on your local connection and device.
How are devices counted?
Your plan sets how many devices can be online at the same time, counted by public IP address. Install the app wherever you like; only devices online right now count toward the limit.
Does the router package need a terminal?
No. On OpenWrt 22.03 or later it installs from the router's web interface, on x86_64, ARM64 and ARMv7.
Do the console and the apps use the same account?
Yes. The account you create in the console signs in to every app, and the console shows your plan, usage and devices online.
How do I get help?
Support is by ticket. Open one from the console; each request has a record and a reply. The help center covers setup for every platform.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete it yourself from the console at any time.
